Ticket holders weren't the only ones crushed when Adele needed to drop her Las Vegas residency.

During a new discussion with "Remote location Disks" on BBC Radio 4,

The whiz vocalist shared that she felt like "a shell of an individual for a very long time" subsequent to frustrating her fans.

"I just needed to endure it and simply lament it," she said.

Adele mournfully made the dropping declaration in January, a day prior to the enthusiastically anticipated shows should start.
