Total Time 25 minutes mins
- 2 lbs boneless country style pork ribs room temperature and patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing the basket
- ½ cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand or homemade
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
- Don't walk away from the air fryer. This cut of pork can go from perfect to overdone pretty quickly. Once you've flipped the ribs, check on them often.
- Fat is your friend. Choose ribs with visible marbling. You can always trim a little excess fat before cooking, but leaving most of it on is what gives you that tender, flavorful bite.
- Always use a meat thermometer. Pork is safe to eat at 145°F. A little pink in the center is completely normal — the thermometer is the only reliable way to know when they're truly done.
