Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 lbs top sirloin steak cut into 1½-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

For the Lemon Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Notes

  • Give the steak a couple of minutes to rest before serving. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes a real difference — the juices settle back into the meat instead of running out the moment you cut in.
  • Keep your cuts consistent. Uneven pieces mean some will be overcooked by the time the bigger ones finish. Take a little extra time with the knife and it pays off.
  • Every air fryer runs a little differently. If yours tends to run hot, start checking around the five-minute mark. Going from medium to medium-well can happen faster than you’d expect.
