- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded, divided
- 1 (10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
