Ingredients
  

  • 4 bagels halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers drained
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bagels in half and toast them until lightly golden and crisp around the edges.
  • Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese over each toasted bagel half.
  • Arrange the smoked salmon evenly over the cream cheese, gently folding the slices for the best presentation.
  • Top with sliced cucumber, tomato, thinly sliced red onion, and capers.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and serve immediately while the bagels are still crisp.
