- 2 ripe bananas preferably frozen
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Gather all of the ingredients and make sure the bananas are ripe or frozen for the creamiest texture.
Add the bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, spinach, rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high speed for about 45–60 seconds until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
