Easy Copycat Wingstop Cajun Corn – Buttery and Spicy

This easy Copycat Wingstop Cajun Corn is buttery, smoky, and perfectly spicy with bold Cajun seasoning. It's a quick side dish that's ready in about 25 minutes and pairs perfectly with wings, burgers, barbecue, and grilled favorites.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Cut each ear into halves or thirds if desired.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn and cook until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt into the melted butter until well combined.
  • Place the cooked corn in a large bowl and pour the seasoned butter over it.
  • Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges for squeezing over the corn.

  • Add extra Cajun seasoning for a spicier version.
